Returns and Refunds

We want you and your pet to love your order. If something is not right, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

- Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

- Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm your return.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a refund and we will cover the return shipping cost.

Change of mind

If you simply changed your mind, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery. In this case, the customer pays the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
